SANDBOARDING TOUR IN PARACAS.
This is a short trip that takes you to the California desert located some kilometers away from the Paracas Reserve. We travel across the desert on a dune buggy machine which is an ideal mean of transportation for sandy terrains. During the journey you will able to take many photos and also enjoy amazing desert sceneries. At the sand boarding zone we provide our clients with boards and also give safety instructions. You do not need to be a professional for ridding the dunes. There are various small dunes where you can learn easily. You can ride the dunes sitting on your board, lying on it or standing on your feet as the professionals. If you are a professional sand boarder or got skills on boards then we take to higher dunes.

10:30 hrs. Our clients are picked up from their hotel in Paracas. For this adventure tour we use a 4x4 drive machine which is conducted by a professional driver with long experience in desert tours. Afterwards we will leave the Paracas Bay and will drive towards the Pan-American Highway. After some kilometers we will reach a detour that will take us into the desert. Our first stop will take place on a zone where there are a series of dunes that offer perfect conditions to practice sand boarding. There are various dunes suitable for the very beginners and also for professional sand boarders. We will learn some safety techniques so that you can enjoy your ride safely. We will first start to practice on the many little dunes, so once we have practiced enough, we will go in search of bigger ones for those who wish to try longer rides. At this site you can also enjoy magnificent views of the desert, take group photos and walk around. Finally we will return to the Paracas Bay. Upon arrival our driver will drop you off at your hotel.

Recommendations:
- On this tour you must bring light clothing. A wind breaker is suggested too as it gets very windy once the machine gets in motion.
- Bring sun block to avoid sun burning, sun glasses and a cap. A shirt with long sleeve will be very useful to avoid sun burning too.
- A bottle of water. 1 liter per person if possible.
