Mystery Peru offers you the visit to the enigmatic Nazca Lines departing from the Inca city of Cusco. Our program includes a bus ride from the Andean highlands down to the desert plains of the Nazca region. In the city of Nazca we take you to fly aboard a small airplane over a mysterious desert where hundreds of years ago ancient Peruvians drew huge images of animals and plants which are only visible from the air. Among the drawings you will see the perfect representation of a monkey, a whale, a spider, a parrot, a humming bird, a condor, a heron, a tree, human beings, giant trapezoids and hundreds of straight lines that crisscross the desert plateau in all directions. Program: 2 Days / 1 Night
Day 1º : Bus ride to Nazca
19:00 hrs. You will be picked up from your hotel in the city of Cusco, and then transferred to the bus station where you will take the bus to the city of Nazca. This journey takes you across the high Andean lands down to the desert coast. The trip lasts 12 hours, therefore we offer you the best bus company available. In this case we offer you the Palomino Bus Company with its Bus-Cama Service, which offer its VIP zone featuring bed-like seats for your comfort. Overnight on the bus.

Day 2º : Flight over the Nazca Lines - Land tour to Chauchila - Bus to Lima
09:00 hrs. Upon your arrival in Nazca you will be met at the bus station by our representative and then transferred to our office where you can leave your luggage. Later on you will be transferred to the local airdrome where you will take the flight over the Nazca Lines. Before you get on the plane we will show you a documentary about the Nazca Lines so that you can learn about the different theories. In addition we will provide each participant with a Nazca Lines map so that you can get some orientation while you fly over the archaeological zone. We will fly over an enigmatic desert plateau, where hundreds of years ago ancient Peruvians drew huge designs that can be seen only from the air. Among the figures we will see an enormous representation of a monkey, a hummingbird, a condor, and a strange creature known as the Spaceman. The Nazca Lines flight lasts 35 minutes. Afterwards you will be taken back to our office. The afternoon is free for you to explore the little town of Nazca. End of the tour.
