Program: 9 days / 8 nights

Itinerary:

Day 1º: Arrive in Lima

Arrive in Lima at any time. Upon your arrival at Lima's airport, you will be met by your tour guide and then you will be transferred to the hotel. Overnight at the selected hotel at the residential zone of Miraflores.

Day 2º: Flight to Cusco / City Tour of Cusco

After breakfast, you and your kids will be picked up from the hotel in Miraflores and then transferred to the airport in Lima, where you will take your plane to Cusco. Upon you arrival in Cusco, you will be met by a representative form Mystery Peru at the airport and afterwards you will be transferred to the selected hotel. City tour of Cusco in the afternoon. Overnight at the designated hotel in Cusco.

Day 3º: Sacred Valley - Train ride to Aguas Calientes

After breakfast we will start our excurison to the Sacred Valley, visiting the ruins of Pisac and its Indian Market. In the afternoon we will take the train towards Aguas Calientes from the village of Ollantaytambo. Overnight in Aguas Calientes.

Day 4º: Early visit to Machu Picchu

Soon after breakfast, we will visit the beautiful citadel of Machu Picchu. Our guided tour in Machu Picchu lasts about 2 hours, and afterwards you and your kids will have free time to explore the ruins on your own. Return to the city of Cusco in the afternoon. Overnight at the selected hotel.

Day 5º: Free day in Cusco

This day is free for you and your family to explore the Inca capital on your own. Cusco offers actually many attractions to visitors. Your guide will reccommed you the most interesting places, and also a nice place for having lunh or dinner. Overnight at the selected hotel.

Day 6º: Flight to the Jungle

After breakfast, transfer to the airport to take the plane to the Jungle. Upon our arrival we will be met by our local guide in the Jungle and then will be transferred by motorized canoe to our lodge located on the bank of Tambopata River. In the afternoon we will visit the Canopy tower and also will do some jungle walks. Overnight at the jungle lodge.

Day 7º: Jungle Excursions

Early in the morning we will take a boat ride for about 20 minutes up stream on the Tambopata River, and then we will do a gentle hike for about 45 minutes till we reach the oxbow or lake, where we will spot some wildlife aboard a catamaran. Later on we will return to our lodge for lunch and in the afternoon we will visit a medicinal garden, where we will be guided by the shaman of the community. Overnight at the lodge.

Day 8º: Flight to Lima

After breakfast we will walk down to the river to take our motorized canoe back to the airport to take our flight back to Lima. Upon your arrival in Lima, you will be transferred to selected hotel.

Day 9º: Departure day.

Breakfast in the hotel. Transfer to the airport.
