In order to ensure reservations for hotels, flights, bus tickets, guides equipment, etc and to cover our administration costs we require a 100% payment deposit to be paid.
We have 3 different options of payment:
1º On-Line Payment
You can pay using our ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM available at our homepage.
All bank transfer fees are to be paid direct by the client. If making a deposit from abroad, the bank will charge you a fixed rate for your transaction.
2º Through our bank account in Peru
Deposits are to be paid by Bank Direct Transfer into our bank account, and all bank transfer fees are to be paid direct by the client. If making a deposit from abroad, the bank will charge you a fixed rate for your transaction.

3º WESTERN UNION
Another way to do your payment from abroad and avoid high bank charges or taxes, is using WESTERN UNION, a global transfer service that has a large network of offices around the world. For further information visit:
In case you decided to do your payment via WESTERN UNION, we kindly ask you to send us the code number of your Western Union transaction after you have made your deposit, along with the complete name of the sender.

As soon as your bank transaction had been made, we will send you an electronic voucher confirming all the services requested.
Less than 7 days prior to time of departure: 100 % cancellation charge
Between 8 – 15 days prior to time of departure: 50% cancellation charge
Between 16 – 30 days prior to time of departure: 25% cancellation charge
More than 30 days prior to time departure: No cancellation charge
Note: If doing the Inca Trail, or any other trek around Cusco, we will require a non-refundable trek deposit of US$150 per person.
